由科技部、国防科工委、中国科学院、中国发明协会、重庆市人民联合主办的第七届中国重庆高新技术交易会暨工业装备展，定于2006年4月在重庆国际会议展览中心举办。 解放军总参谋部、总装备部、总后勤部、各有关部、委、办、局，我国11大军工集团，世界500强、中国500强企业，国内科研院所、大专院校，我国众多的省市自治区以及美国、英国、法国、德国、俄罗斯、日本、加拿大、澳大利亚等参加了历届展览交易会。本届展览交易会将以高规格、大规模、高水平、优服务迎接世界各国客商，预计参观人次将超过15万，专业观众6万。
